Southern Style Spread/Mexican Fiesta

I'd been itching to try out this recipe of sweet potato burritos I found a long time ago, so I decided to try it out Monday night. I went a little crazy and ended up adding all sorts of other side dishes too...

Homemade hot salsa, green onions for garnish, sweet potato burritos, spanish rice, and friend green tomatoes.

Almost all the ingredients are from the Farmer's Market, friends and neighbors' gardens, my garden, or local grocery stores (Got the tortillas at Witherbee's, although I wish I could say I made them myself).

Cameron didn't say much during the meal, which means he's too busy chomping, which means success!

Sweet potatoes, kidney beans, black beans, onion, corn, and various spices. Yum!

The meal was accompanied by a somewhat out of place German doppelbock. We tried to make it feel welcome.
